As a kid my dream was to swim in an ocean of chocolate.
I loved everything about chocolate
If ever you asked me if I wanted candies...
my answer was no
vanilla something?
no
All I wanted was chocolate.
Nowadays,
I am more opened about dessert
but still
there is this thing with chocolate....
Somethings in life just stay the same ;)
As for my passion of chocolate
As for my passion of chocolate
I am in love with this recipe.
I would say that this recipe and my raw brownies recipe are my favorite raw desserts.
These have the delight little taste of almond butter mixed with cocoa and walnuts.
Yes...I know, I know...you want the recipe.
Well I found it here
- 1 C. Almond Butter
- 1/2 C. Cacao Powder
- 1/4 C. Agave
- 1/2 C Walnuts, chopped.
In your food processor shred the walnuts (not too much). Put your shredded walnuts in a bowl. Again, with your food processor mix the agave syrup, almond butter and cocoa. Add the mixture to the walnuts and mix with your hands. You can put it in an 8x8 square pan. I used little hearth silicones. Refrigerate for 2hours.
En français:
Ingrédients
1 tasse de beurre d'amandes (de préférence cru)
1/2 tasse de poudre de cacao
1/4 tasse d'agave
1/2 tasse de noix de votre choix
Si comme moi votre robot et de piètre qualité passer les noix au robot en premier. Et ajouter les autres ingrédients ensuite.
